"R Griffiths Carpentry was recommended and introduced to me recently by a neighbour who was pleased with his work. He fitted two replacement locks and I have been delighted with his work. He was punctual, got on with the job immediately and did a fantastic job (pointing out that the replacement lock was narrower than the old one and would leave a slight gap [1mm] that may need wood filler). He also spotted that the door caught on the frame at the top (it had done this for many years) and he reset the hinge to 'lift' the door and stop it catching. He did this as an extra job within the original agreed price which was really good of him. He was polite at all times, very well mannered and did a really good job of clearing wood shavings etc. and even took away the epmty boxes etc. from the new handles & locks. This was much appreciated as the job was fit only, not supply & fit. I would thoroughly recommend R Griffiths Carpentry on the basis of the work he has carried out for me and would certainly contact him first if I need further carpentry work."
